We are at a pivotal moment in the journey of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The pace of change in our organizations, our societies, and our world calls for a bold reimagining of how we approach this work—and who we must become to lead it well.

Join the CRE Alliance and Vernā Myers, Founder & President, The Vernā Myers Company and former VP of Inclusion Strategy at Netflix, to think beyond the playbooks of the past and explore what it means to be effective, strategic, and deeply impactful in a rapidly shifting landscape.

During this intimate, closed-door conversation, we will explore:

  • The most essential efforts to continue in order to protect hard-won gains and continue making progress
  • The mindsets, skills and tools required to be a future-ready leader, and
  • How to resource ourselves to keep fighting the good fight

This session is for senior business leaders of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives—anyone committed to doing this work with purpose, clarity, and impact. This session will offer valuable insight, practical guidance, and a space to recommit to this work with clarity and conviction.
